Tim Managh is a Red Seal Certified Refrigeration Technician with with his Class B Gas and FSR Electrical certification. As the Director of Align Climate Solutions with over 10 years in the HVAC industry, Tim has extensive experience working in both commercial and residential environments. His past projects range from custom home ocean-loop geothermal systems, to large industrial heat pump installations. He’s passionate about the work he does, and it shows!

Elyse Managh, Tim’s wife, works behind the scenes to help ‘keep the trains running on time’. With over a decade of experience as a project manager in the technology space , she manages the backend operations and keeps and eye on day-to-day activities.
